This is a stunning piece of art work hand-made by Scottish artist Wendy Hughes. Wendy has used different textures and colours of glass to make a truly unique piece. When the lights hits the circle it sparkles with shades of blues, greens and aquas. A gorgeous one-off piece. This particular piece is 33cm in diameter.

Wendy, originally from Glasgow, has spent the last few years training in the art of glass work. Originally attending night school classes it quickly became obvious that Wendy had a talent that needed to be shared with the world. Stained Glass
The term stained glass can refer to coloured glass as a material or to works made from it. Throughout its thousand-year history, the term has been applied almost exclusively to the windows of churches and other significant buildings. Although traditionally made in flat panels and used as windows, the creations of modern stained glass artists also include three-dimensional structures and sculpture.
